“Mr. Phillip and Crystal were both excellent. I took my truck to Ford and they quoted me $11,000 and said I needed a new transmission. Mr. Phillip said to let him look at it for free and at least give him the option to have a second opinion. They inspected the transmission and were completely transparent and honest throughout the entire process, telling me that it was on the verge of being replaced but could also be serviced. Leaving the choice up to me.
