The location where I got the truck from they gave me gas on 1/4 and after driving 10 miles only and putting gas on from Murphy USA college station I return it back to U-haul in like less than 2 hours and the gas meter was at 1/4 but those idiots did not check correctly and they bill me again that I return the truck with the gas meter at 1/8 which is totally unfair I have the evidence that I put the gas on that truck. I don’t understand when I got the truck at 1/4 and after driving only 10 miles and putting the gas on the same level how is it that gas meter was at 1/8 and they charge me extra $55 which is totally wrong and ridiculous.

Celeise and the folks did a great job at wiring our van to haul a trailer, and in subsequently renting me a trailer. Good overall experience with friendly people.

Had hitch installed - Staff was great - Hitch is working flawlessly -At first they said the hitch wasn't delivered but another person looked for it and it was there.Took a long time (3 hours) to get it done, and at first my confidence was very low but it got better and better as time moved forward.Rented a motorcycle trailer a few days later - worked great, will return to this location to rent again.

I reserved a truck TUESDAY called to confirm & the “ Manager “ Greg had No iDEa wHat i WAS tALkInG aBoUt. And the short midget keep referring to me as “ Girl “. Like I’m a GROWN Woman LITTLE ANKLES boy. Now ima address you as a BOY GREG. You need to work on your customer service skills & stop being late EVERYDAY. The employees are talking about it. SMH. I’m not going to get into details about last week interaction. Just know you won’t get what you reserve.

The check in was great! Staff was courteousamd got us out quickly! The return was slow and not clearly defined with only one person working. Overall I would use again if needed.

There 6 people behind me waiting for the line If u do pick up stuff make sure I come early cuz this people slow as hell and we been waiting for 30 min but nobody trynna help us at all

Don't park the big trucks so close to each other when we come to pick one up. We couldn't even get through the gap. We had to close the mirrors to open the doors. It was difficult to back out with so little room. When we brought it back, we were charged extra money for fuel even though we filled it over half full but when we picked it up, it was less than half full.

I have left my title to a car that I purchased in the truck by mistake, I have tried for over 6 hours to get a hold of someone at the store. But they have rolled their phones over to the call center. The call center has sent them at least 5 messages for them to call me back, and I have not heard back from them. They should have enough help to help customers ether in person or on the phone. At least call people back when a message has been sent to them.

First, they changed the location to Plain-view which is 1 hour far from my home in Lubbock. This caused me some delays. Additionally, the truck did not come with the equipment I requested (dollies), and I had to pay for them. I do not know what I can do to solve this. I'm very disappointed with UHAUL company!!!!!

when i first picked up the rental from a different location, it was missing the 2 dolly's i had ordered and i ended up having to move everything without them, which made me pretty upset. however at this location, Caleb resolved any issues we had, and got us in and out in under 5 min, highly recommend
