Car was dirty and came out really clean without me having to go over and wipe any spots down afterwards, even the rims and tires! Love the spray air and the vacuums work good. The girl cleaning and restocking towels even asked if I wanted her to power wash my dirty rubber floor mats. Bonus, they needed it! Thank you so much!!

“I wish I had taken before pictures so I could show how different my car looks now. My seats had so many stains from the dogs and a child. There was even a big teriyaki stain from some Hawaiian Bros that my child spilled. I called to make an appointment because I had questions about the stains and Cindy explained things to me and set me up for an appointment. We brought it in and Saul knocked it out of the park! My interior looks phenomenal. I wanted to take it to a shop because I figured a shop would have more things on hand to treat the stains than a mobile service may have. I am extremely happy with my decision and with my vehicle. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle!”

“Very nice place. I love that they have a conveyor belt instead of a track that you have to get your tires on which is so much easier. They prep the car very well and I also like how the tunnel dries your car both with air and a shammy. Then, in the vacuum area, they have very strong vacuums about the crevice and the wide mouth vacuums, and they both have a all purpose cleaner in a window cleaner with a large stack of cloths to be used to wipe down the interior. Overall, very pleased with the overall Quality and service of this new car wash.”
“Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. Just a few days ago he did a headlight resurfacing on my son’s 2015 Macan. Wow!! They look brand new and it was a fraction of the versus new.
I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends and family!”

“I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”
“Phil and his team had the insane task of taking care of my wife's vehicle after she had inadvertently drove through spilled roof sealant on the highway. When I tell you that our (brand new, only two month old at the time) minivan looked perfect again, it would still be an understatement! The whole crew worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and Phil kept me updated throughout the painstaking process the whole time so I knew what was going on. I will definitely be back to keep our vehicles looking perfect!”

“What can I say about Alex, I’ll start with he is the nicest guy you will ever meet and he is definitely dedicated to his craft. I searched long and hard to find the right guy to perform the detail on my vehicles because I used to do this work in my youth and I know how hard the work is and the attention to detail required to please customers. Let me say if you use Alex you will never use another car detailing service. The guy is immaculate in his attention to detail and personnel care service. Love that there is a dedicated area to wait, the picnic tables outside have umbrellas so you can just sit and enjoy the weather. even when busy it’s never taken longer than 30 minutes. great crew. you’re left with a car that feels like it’s new. Pro tip: bring a Kindle and be prepared to hang out.”

Vacuums are free but due to me being pregnant I opted for them to do that service and was even impressed by the atmosphere of the waiting room. You can tell they are thinking about the customer. “I must brag about this location! I normally go to the Mansfield location, but I was on that side of town, so I stopped there. The facility is SUPER clean, and the staff was friendly. The cashier very nicely convinced me to have my inside cleaned even though I didn't have time, but the way he spoke to me like he was concerned, made me change my mind. I was very happy when they finished my truck. I will recommend Carnation to everyone I know!”
“The carwash itself is great.. but the blonde woman really truly dislikes her job. Someone needs to set her free. It's okay if you don't like the job, that's not a crime. But maybe go find something else. She never fully uses the brush on the front of the cars before they go in. She just seems generally unhappy.”
