“I use tidal wave about 5 days a week and absolutely love it!! But today one of the guys I’m pretty sure saved my life lol I had been working all day was so hot and stopped for my wash and Ben went and got me a bottle of water from his truck, it was warm so he replaced it with cold water and brought it to my car, next level service you get here at Tidal Wave . The team here is always great but today was much more personal and felt they deserved a shout out! Thanks Tidal Wave and I’ll see you tomorrow!!!!”
“Had a great experience! Quick easy affordable and great results. Vacuums are free but due to me being pregnant I opted for them to do that service and was even impressed by the atmosphere of the waiting room. You can tell they are thinking about the customer. Don’t think I’ll go anywhere else now!”
“Clean and has large bays which is a huge plus if you have an RV or camper van that will not fit in traditional car wash ?? self service. Has change machine for cash or you can use card. Open 24hrs”
“I go every other day to get my car washed. This is one of the best carwashes I have been to. I got a membership. My car had to go to the shop. The manager said just bring the loaner up there and I could get it washed under my membership. I know it's weird getting a loaner washed but I like my cars to be clean. So thanks to Chris and the group that works up there. If you want a clean ride bring it here.”
“Couldn't unlock my card with their wifi since they didn't know their password. Had to walk to taco bell ? but otherwise it's a good gas station. Can't complain really”
“I’ve used this car for the last couple of years for both of cars. I live in Arlington and make the commute at least once a month because I love the staff and how they clean my cars. I got my vehicle hand washed on a Friday it rained on Saturday and I came in on Sunday for a wash and the lady at the counter said my hand washed is not cover if it rains. Like how? Hand washed is 50 dollars. There was no rain in forecast and somehow it rained. She said her system doesn’t prompt a free wash of it rains. Maybe tgey can add this for the future. Would hate to have tp look for a different car wash cause they dont honor free wash on hand washed if it rains.”
