They walked me through the entire process of fill station. Answered all my questions, and let me try out all the pillows to see what worked best for me while helping out. “My husband is experiencing severe back problems and our foundation is not helping. Today I took my son with me to the Matress Firm Colleyville to investigate options. Daniel assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy.Initially we discussed just a foundation. Having had a tempurpedic bed for 20 years, Daniel suggested considering a new mattress, too. We looked at various options, including a traditional mattress. Daniel had a lot of insight and we spent an hour asking questions and getting various pricing options, including simply replacing the foundation and keeping our mattress.After an hour, we left and returned home to discuss possibilities with me husband. About two hours later, we returned with my husband and Daniel again spent an hour with us, answering many questions, offering insightful knowledge and multiple pricing options.Daniel had the opportunity to twice upsell me and another client. He didn't. He knew the value of listening to the client and selling the best product for the client.During these processes, the other salesperson, Roy, helped other clients and was just as knowledgeable and helpful with several other clients. Another woman came for the sole purpose of purchasing a foundation. He never tried to offer mattresses, pillows, etc. because she specifically indicated interest only in a foundation.We were so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of these men. If I were looking to purchase more beds, I would give them my business every time. If you are seeking a bed - mattresses, foundation, etc. - I would encourage everyone to visit this location to pick the brains of Daniel and Roy. Skip the big box stores. They don't have the knowledge and the deals.”

“I live in New York and after receiving a Murphy Bed from another company and returning it because it was made of Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) I decided I would search for a quality bed and pay the extra cost. After dealing with a number of "custom" manufacturers and reading terrible reviews I gave up. Then I came across Wallbeds n More. It was more than half way across the US, but I called anyway. It was a Sunday, so we left a message. Darren called us back that evening and could not have been more helpful. After hearing what I was looking for in a "custom" bed, that had a farm barn look, and was made of real plywood, he explained that I didn't have to pay for a custom bed. He sent me photos of the exact bed I wanted and the price was great. Normally I would be hesitant to order something site unseen, and the color Darren recommended did not look like the color I described I wanted when I saw it online, but he made me so comfortable that I trusted his judgment and ordered the color he recommended. The bed arrived and the quality was every bit as good as he explained, all 3/4" high grade plywood and the color was PERFECT. He gave updates each step of the way until it was delivered and always replied to my emails. Assembly was easy and I couldn't be happier with the bed and service, all from over 1500 miles away!”
