It had a 10 year warranty so we called the store to inquire about the claim process. I was very pleasantly surprised with their response. “My husband and I shopped on the weekend before July 4th. Ken was terrific, not pushy at all and very informative of how the mattresses are made. He asked how we sleep and got enough information from us to point us to the right selections. We tried out different ones and bought a queen and a king. This is the first time in years we have slept better and woken up pain free. This trip was way overdue for us. The mattresses were to be delivered on Friday, July 3rd, but they found out the delivery people would be off so they delivered on Monday. The owner himself brought another employee out to help get them to us on Monday. You can't ask for much more than that. Great customer service and we are so happy with our purchase! Very reasonable. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.”

“Outstanding customer service by Jonathan Yyn. No-pressure sales technique, but informative and very personalized as he asked a few questions, listened closely and well and then made suggestions about various products in the store. We went in to get a lumbar support pillow for the car in preparation of a long road trip and wound up buying a power zero-gravity chair. Our original $60 purchase eventually found us spending nearly $5000. We are thrilled with the high-quality power leather massage zero-gravity chair we bought, and will likely return in the future for a Tempur-Pedicure mattress set”
“Great experience at the Southlake location! We upgraded from a P6 to a Comfort 360. Upon entry we were greeted by two lovely associates. Ayanna was very helpful and full of knowledge. She answered all our questions and even offered suggestions which increased our trust in purchasing the SmartBed. Delivery was scheduled within 48-72 which is awesome because we don't have to wait 2-3 weeks to sleep in comfort! Thanks to Ayanna, our overall experience an A+.
Update: We purchased the bed on Tuesday, 6/9, and were told it would be delivered on Friday, 6/12. Just received a message today (Thursday 6/11) informing me that the bed would not be delivered as expected, and we will have to wait until 6/22 for delivery. I think it is a cunning plan from Sleep Number to tell customers an acceptable delivery date, and the once purchased, they call to tell you delivery will be two-three weeks out! Not acceptable!!

I especially want to recognize Brad Porter for going above and beyond. He took the time to listen to my needs, understand my space, and even sketched a layout based on a photo I showed him to help me visualize how a living room set and breakfast table would fit in my home. That level of care and attention made a huge difference.
At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Brad focused on finding the best solution for my needs rather than simply making a sale.
One of the things I appreciated most about shopping at Rooms To Go was being able to see and experience the furniture in person before making a decision. It gave me confidence in my purchase. I also love that the furniture is delivered and assembled, making the entire process much easier and stress-free.

She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all the sleep number and other bedding products, and let us lay on any bed we wanted to try! We were so impressed that we bought the bed, frame, pillows AND sheets set! We were going to buy the comforter, but they were all discontinued.
