This place was cool. The store rep that came out and helped was named Jermaine he was very nice, helpful, down to earth, and very personable. This associate made us made us feel like valued customers and made us want to return back to this store. He took the time to speak with us and did not try to rush off and not help. Instead he worked diligently to help us solve our problem with our vehicle so we can get back on the road. O'Reilly needs more staff like Jermaine that actually cares about the customers.

They don't carry up to date European coolant. The bottle says up to 2008 models.Counter guy says they don't and won't carry the updated version at the store and I would have to drive to another one that will carry it in stock. What's the point of that?

For the last few years this place has been poor to fair on service and knowledgeable people. But in my opinion, they have hit rock bottom. Whoever was on duty yesterday afternoon as manager, has been the reason of decline. I'm not knocking O'Reilly's. My experience is usually good at other places

Called many many times after they said the alternator would be in wed.The common explanation is the next truck, the next truck, the next truck, the next truck and on and on .I don’t know what the situation is but tracking is the new century.There’s one good gentleman there to deal with named Randall and that’s it. He will take care of you that’s why I’m giving him a lot of credit .I will never buy anything there anymore unless I deal with Randall end of story.Good luck with your purchase
