Maranda VP Branch Manager Commerce was hateful, close minded, rude. We wanted to withdrawal some cash she refused to give us the amount we requested even though we had it available to us.
Once we are able we will close out our chase account. Maranda will be one of the reasons we do.

Do not bank here.... Go to Cypress. They answer the phone, take care of business and are available for you anytime you need them. There is a reason chase has a 2.8 rating.

Your customer service sucks!!! First the branch manager said he was gonna refund my service charge then when he found out I was closing my acct because of the charges they decided to charge me after being told years ago when I got this acct (1990) if I transfer money from my checking to my savings there would not be a charge. Then you up and change your requirements being you must have a daily balance of $5k in your account. What average American has that kind of money in their acct. well Good Luck with your rich customers because your gonna lose more average Americans then rich Americans, me being one!! Do better Chase!! You lost a long time customer and I will never recommend your bank again!!! Glad you got my $12.00, hope that made a difference.

I am disappointed by the poor customer service I received at Chase bank Commerce a few months ago. The branch manager was not only rude and unprofessional but also displayed a complete lack of confidentiality when handling my mother's Power of Attorney paperwork after her passing. She acted loud and rude in front of other customers speaking with me, when I had all my forms correctly turned in that my lawyer gave the bank, her actions were disrespectful during an incredibly sensitive time. I had to pay for funeral expenses and they put a hold on the funds when I needed them for more than the 3 days I was told. This experience has left me dissatisfied and will NEVER do business with this bank.

In the past, I've had nothing but issues with this location. When the ATM did NOT dispense cash and it was still removed from my account I went in and spoke (unkindly) to Evan W. after I was lied to by the help number. Evan then called and got everything fixed within 36 hours. Long story short - don't trust that ATM, or the 1-800 numbers, or anyone else that works I that building, just the very patience Evan.

My wife and I have had Chase accounts in 3 different states now.
Transferred from one state to another. The Commerce, Tx branch is the most polite, competent branch I've had the pleasure of doing business with, both for my private accounts as well as business accounts.

Worst bank experience I have ever had. They do not answer the phone so I had to drive there just to make an appointment. I needed to open an account and get ONE document notarized. Destiny helped me open my account and was the only good part of my experience, she was very nice and helpful, but she was the only employee that I felt cared about helping me. I then physically went into the bank another FIVE times over the next week to try and get my document notarized, each time I was either told the notary wasn’t there or that because she’s also the branch manager that she was too busy to see me. I FINALLY got an appointment with her and was told that she couldn’t notarize my document because it wasn’t a chase document, and that she could only notarize an attachment??? After I left I drove to the branch in Greenville (without an appointment) I was immediately seated with a notary, got my document notarized correctly, and was in and out in 6 minutes.

I have never had such a difficult time opening an account at a bank. The online portal doesn't work. My local bank doesn't answer the phone or emails. It took almost an hour calling the 800 number before anyone would pick up the phone and I just had to refuse to push any #s; I simply just let it talk till finally someone picked up. It is rediculous that a person is unable to walk into a bank branch and just open a personal account with this bank. How do they do business like this??

Bank closed early and there was no note left on the door for customers. The ATM machine is constantly down and when asked they have no clue when it will be repaired. I drove to the ATM that is located on the college campus and that one was down too! I had to drive to the Greenville branch just to make a deposit which is a huge inconvenience!!!!
