“Over the past few months since I have moved back to my hometown of Sulphur Springs I have been trying to find reasonably priced, good food, Mexican food in particular. Nearly every place I’ve gone to is almost $20 for 4 tacos with barely any meat, beans, & rice, i.e. a taco plate. I hadn’t been in La Victoria in many years & had honestly forgot it existed. I decided to walk inside today. I was very excited when I approached the counter and saw the $9.99 taco plate on the menu. I ordered and received my food. The tacos were actually stuffed with meat, had plenty of onions & cilantro & tasted great. While I waited on my food I walked around the store and got a few things. Everything was very reasonably priced and there were even quite a few good sales. I am extremely happy that I stumbled into La Victoria today & will definitely be back. The food was very good & everything was priced great. Thank you La Victoria.”
“Be careful using bank or credit cards, as there is $140 hold when you enter the card at the pump! It may be corrected in a few minutes after the sale, or a couple of business days. So pay at the window. The exact amount will be charged. The lady working evenings is friendly, and the pumps are available 24/7. There just is no attendant after 8, I believe. Their prices on gas are usually as cheap as anywhere in Sulphur Springs.”
“Amazing prices on several products they sell at cost with a 10% markup at the register. If you're a bargain shopper and like to jump around to different stores this place is a must”
“Brookshire’s is a place where customer service is a big part of its history. And it is still alive and well in Sulphur Springs, Texas. When I need a cut of beef, this is where I go. I bought a standing rib roast for Christmas and I was not disappointed. It tasted like beef is supposed to taste. I buy my beef products here. They have great selections of everything. And the customer service cannot be beat. If you haven’t shopped at Brookshires…. you need to try this store. It’s a great place to shop at.”
“For the most part I always find what I need. I wish there were some better sales on occasion.
But my favorite part of every visit is when I leave. I do not care for self checkout.

“For people that live on the outskirts of Sulphur springs it is very closer than having to go into town its convenient always clean stocked also has fresh fruits vegetables literally one stop shop”

“I'm writing this at 1:30pm on a Sunday at the EZ Mart on Main Street.A man came in, kind of stumbling, seemed homeless or special needs. He began messing with the drink machine, letting ice spill to the floor.The woman working was AMAZING! She calmly reminded him that doing that without a cup could make a mess then asked him if he was thirsty and made him a drink. Then she offered to help him tie his shoes!This woman was so sweet and attentive without ignoring other customer needs.This is customer service at its finest! I'm so thankful God allowed me to witness this love today!”
