“Lots of gifts and snacks. Chamoy, beer cave, stickers, stainless steel cups, shirts, PJs, sandals, snorkels, etc. Yes it is pricier than if you were in a bigger city, but there's not much else in the area. Super close to Garner State Park. Sells firewood.”

“Brand new store, clean and well kept and stocked with pretty much all the Frio River necessities. This store has quite a variety for your river needs. As you all may know alcoholic beverages were not really available in this area but that seems to have changed. They have alcoholic beverages for sale...(beer) here at Flip Flop. There is even a liquor store located right next door. On a side note it is kind of high priced but where else you gonna have access to the adult drinks. There is an outdoor patio located on the other side of the store and a really nice swimming pool. The pool is open to the public for a small fee. All in all they seem. Have hit a Homerun with this new store.”

“Came in here for beer and firewood- they got it all! This place is sort of a hodgepodge of everything you need around here. They've got all the snacks, drinks, and lotto you could ask for. Their beer selection is key when along the river, and they seem to specialize in canned beverages that you can take out on the river without getting in trouble. They also sell a whole bunch of river accessories, so t-shirts, bandanna, sunglasses, koozies, flip flops and the like. The canned goods are worth noting, since they've all been imported from across Texas and have all kinds of great flavors. If there's no wood on the porch, don't fret. They have a big ol' shipping container full of wood right out front. The clerk was nice when we went in. She had a customer keep an eye on the store while she helped us out with the firewood. The prices here were pretty high for firewood, but cheaper than buying it at the park. I don't think this place is ADA compliant with the steps to get in.”
