Definitely wouldn’t recommend Ann in Geek Squad. She gave me absolutely terrible customer service. She didn’t acknowledge me while in line as I stood for ten minutes minimum with no acknowledgment. When she finally made it around to assist me she asked what I was here for in an extremely rude tone. She proceeded to ignore me and tell off another customer. If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my second visit here due to my back phone screen. She gave horrible customer service for both visits. I 100% don’t plan on coming back due to her horrible customer service.

I came to this Best Buy and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, and actually had my order ready. They were also very apologetic for the other store's mistake.

The financing options is bullshit false advertising. I was willing to spend 1600 down on a 2200 bill and finance the rest. So I willing to pay more than half down, I have good credit and make over 40k a year and yet I was denied financing. That's some bullshit false advertising in order to promote your interest included financing which I told yall to gfy on!! Lost a big sale and customer for good on that one, should call yall Worse Buy!!!

In need of a new laptop, of course I come to Best Buy. I’ve researched it. I went to another Best Buy down in Cypress found the laptop I wanted. I just wanted to come to the closer one to my home to purchase the laptop and get in there at 1 o’clock go straight to the laptops. There’s about five individuals in blue shirts and no one comes up to me for the better part of the hour and I mean I’m wandering around looking specs looking at memory storage prices going in between five different laptops. Nobody tried to come up and say hello.Nobody asked if I needed anything. It was just blatant ignoring a customer that obviously needs help and instead of a helping they assist and help everybody else around besides me so I walked out didn’t purchase a laptop and I’m choosing to purchase it on Amazon maybe for a little bit more expensive but I see why people are only choosing to Purchase things online and don’t have to deal with people because they’re rude. This Best Buy is just simply rude. 1pm-2pm 5/14

I'm here this store a ton. And I must say it's a hit or miss with the customer service. However, there are some AMAZING people who work here and go above and beyond. ? ? ?
The store is always very well kept and clean, super organized, and easy to find the item you're looking for. I highly recommend this location. ?

Tried to call and check availability for a SIM card, the computer wanted to know what phones I like and what carriers I prefer "as a survey" and then it sent me to a call center in India that took another 8 minutes to tell me they have no sim cards available... So I went in person to the store and everything was available.
Don't even waste your time calling.

If you ever need something in specific and you are not just browsing to spend money, odds are they will not have what you are looking for. Very low stock. Comparing this location to the woodlands location is laughable. This is a mediocre Best Buy that severely lacks in stock. Night and day difference from the Woodlands location. It’s like an entirely different franchise, comparatively.
