$1600 tv. $200 warranty plan. And they won't fix it because it's still under the factory warranty. Can't talk to any managers. Seems like the don't care at all.
This store needs some.customer service training.Standing in the camera aisle for minutes no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. I approached 3 associates on my own all seemed too busy to stop and help a customer or page someone over who could. I drove much further into Houston to get the products needed.
Best buy is great for seeing physical items on display. Touch it and feel it. However, I am not interested in open box items. It seems like there are a lot of open box items in store. I am perfectly fine to order online through Best buy. It's an objective and personal opinion. That's all.
