Camperland Trailer Sales is a trusted RV dealership serving the Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, and College Station areas. The business offers a large selection of new and pre-owned RVs, including 5th wheel toy haulers and other models, catering to customers seeking freedom and adventure. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, including sales, service, parts, and financing departments, who aim to provide outstanding service at every step. Many reviews highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the team, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For instance, one customer praised the service team for fixing roof issues on a camper at no cost, demonstrating their willingness to do the right thing even when not obligated. Others mention a smooth purchase experience, with staff like Dan and Stephanie making the process enjoyable and easy. The service team is also responsive, efficiently handling warranty repairs such as AC issues. However, some customers expressed disappointment about limited service hours, noting that the service area being closed on Saturdays and closing early on weekdays can make it difficult for working customers to get repairs done. Overall, Camperland Trailer Sales is recognized as a family-oriented and customer-focused dealership committed to creating long-term relationships and exceeding expectations.
Has the lowest prices and high quality RVs new and used. Sells man is great very efficient and fast was not outside in the heat long. Very positive experience and customer service. Paper work aspect very fast and product only took an hour and half to find a trailer and finalize the paper work.
