I was floored when Jason said it was only the exhaust mount that had come loose, and that he welded it all up and it was good to go. I was even more floored when presented with a $60 repair bill. “Positive experience, I intend to return:I took my car in for an airbag light and alternator that an Autozone test said was failing.The technician at this mechanic found the alternator in good working order, the failed test from Autozone seems to have been a false positive.The technician found the fault causing the airbag light and swapped out the faulty part. While working he find some miscellaneous issues he believed warranted attention, I approved the fixes he said were needed for the car to keep running well. The new part for the airbag ended up being faulty too and I dropped off my car for remediation without further issue.I intend to return to get some of the other issues addressed that he called out as less urgent. Trying to get my Corolla past the 300kmi mark and beyond.”
