Cece pre-approved me for a loan and when i got to the dealer, they refused to accept a "draft" payment from the credit union. Cece arranged for me to pick up a cashiers check at the nearest branch. She even had them stay open after business hours the day before Christmas Eve to take care of us. She noticed the dealer attempting to charge us 5000 over market price on an extended warranty and organized for us to finance an identical warranty through smart financial for ~2k. Ceces management needs to give her a raise & promotion because she has secured lifetime loyalty for smart financial through her impeccable customer service.”
