She educated me on my finances and helped me build my credit years ago, and of course if fell behind to only reach out to her again and with no hesitation she helped me Succeed again , she provided me with best Customer Service and financial knowledge that anyone could ask for. She is an expert in Finance and she is a Gem all around. Ms. Jo helped me become the person I am financially today and I'm glad to be a part of Energy Capital Credit Union.
