Excellent coaches! Make it super easy to go from not working out in a while to starting up CrossFit. Very friendly and family like atmosphere. Love it here.

I have been to a couple of CF gyms, never felt quite at home until my boyfriend and I found CrossFit Enoch. The environment is fantastic and makes you feel right at home. They work with you, whether you have done CrossFit before or not. Will always recommend CrossFit Enoch to anyone looking for a gym!
