Conroe wouldn't take our book shelves saying they didn't have room...so we called Willis store and they said if they didn't have room they would find room. Willis Goodwill is worth the drive! Great friendly staff. Many thanks Willis Gw.

This is the place to go to find something at a low price! Will be coming back because of the courteous and friendly Gene, and the rest of the staff!

Department store prices, goodwill products. A used filthy candle for $4, glass jars that were $6.99 new for $7.99. just a few examples of the prices at this location. Everything I looked at was like this. Over we priced, even for things that should have been literally trash. You can get a clean unused pillar candle at the dollar store, be so for real.

Probably the worse goodwill out of the ones in the area. You leave your cart outside the dressing room - clothes get stolen from you. You find clothes without tags - they won’t sell it to you. Unorganized, and sometimes the prices doesn’t match the item and overpriced. A few of the cashiers are rude.

Donation center guys are so rude. Make your donations at Angelic Resale. They're more caring.

Went to Goodwill in Conroe today and was treated very poorly by a worker named Gene. I asked her if I could look at a bag that had some stones in it and she rolled her eyes and like threw up her arms like it was a big deal or something I then proceeded to say you know what never mind it’s fine and put the bag down and I was like if it’s not big of a deal like it’s just stoned but OK put the bag down and she proceeded to ring up my stuff which equal up to $40. Well I had a shirt that was missing one of the tag so she was like you can’t have it. It’s missing a tag so I can’t sell it to you and threw it on the counter, mind you. I really wanted the shirt because my boys would love it had a dinosaur on it and it was super cute and it’s for me not for my boys, but I wanted to get it to wear with them when they wear their dinosaur clothes and I saw I was buying her. Please let me have the shirt like I really wanted it. I didn’t rip out the tag. She examined all the other stuff that I have like. I was trying to steal something or get one over on her or something. She rolled her eyes multiple times she was extremely rude to me for no no reason at all. It was very upsetting the whole interaction. This is not the first time that she has been hateful or rude or acted like I was stupid or she was better than me because she worked here she was older. I have no idea, but I proceeded to call the manager after I got out my car upset, almost in tears, he blatantly stated that this wasn’t the first time that she that she has been having an attitude or something and would take care of it

Terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job find another one.

Well organized and neat. Easy to see clothing. Housewares and shoes are on top of the racks so sometimes hard to see. Well staffed and good customer service. Thank you!

A worker tried to run me over with a rack of clothing while I was trying to find some jeans for my husband. She said “excuse me” but in a very rude way. I looked at her and said “never mind” and then she said “thanks” in a snotty way. There was trash on the floor. It smelled so bad in there. Like someone had urinated on the floor. Broken items were priced extremely high. Cloths had stains and rips. Items were dirty. Shoes were so worn out that some should have been thrown in the trash instead of being for sale. So extremely disappointed and disgusted.

As far as goodwills go, this one was relatively clean and organized. The pricing was typical of goodwills, save for the shoes. The shoes were over $20 for boots, even damaged ones. There were great finds in the jackets and long sleeved areas despite this being a colder time of year, so I was impressed. The pricing on furniture is extremely reasonable. However, their cameras do appear to have visibility in the changing rooms, so if you’re uncomfortable by that, steer clear of using the changing rooms. I’m unsure if any camera is actually recording or directed in that way, but I was very clearly able to see the cameras from my position in the fitting rooms.
As for the employees, almost every single one was wonderful. I had some pointing clothes out that looked like my cart, and the ladies at the cashier were very sweet. There was one lady in particular who I perceived to be relatively rude. I was in the changing room and had my cart in there - I’m aware it’s against policy but if I’m shopping alone, I’ll bring my cart in there and if someone knocks and has an issue with it I’ll explain that I have had previous problems with leaving my cart outside and people have stolen the clothes in my cart. If they still are against carts in the dressing rooms, I will typically ask to put my cart behind the front desk and I have never encountered any further issue in the past seven years of very frequently shopping at goodwills. One employee in particular knocked (a shorter lady with long gray hair, from what I understand she has multiple reviews that discuss her being rude) and I explained my situation, and offered for her or someone else to pat me down following me using the changing room to prevent theft, yet she continued to re-explain the policy by pointing to the door and appeared very condescending. At this point I’m was trying to meet her in the middle, so I attempted to resolve this and asked if there was anyone who could watch my cart or if I could put my cart behind the front desk, but she clearly said no one would watch the cart. She then said she would escalate it to management and walked off in the middle of me attempting to ask a question, cutting me off. She returned five minutes later and said management would be making an announcement shortly about no carts in the dressing room. I asked politely if I would be able to speak to someone in management because we were very clearly at a standstill, and I would feel extremely uncomfortable that she was getting an announcement to either embarrass me or tell me off when I’m happy to stand outside and wait for management to come speak with me. She then says management is counting money and will be busy for a long period of time. Once again, when I attempt to ask her a question, she just walks off in the middle of my sentence. I have zero issues with any other employees, but this situation was difficult for me to manage because I felt like I was being consistently cut off, condescended, or embarrassed. I had no issues with getting management involved whatsoever, but going to the lengths to make an announcement instead of allowing me to store my cart behind the counter felt counterproductive to any solution. Moreover, walking away in the middle of a conversation left me feeling helpless. I truly am okay with putting my cart outside of the fitting rooms, but I just wanted reassurance or some understanding that my items in my cart would not be stolen. Aside from this employee, I felt that all others were genuine angels and so helpful.

Very nice clean store. Large selection of clothing. Some nice furniture. Good prices. Not much in household items. Friendly staff. We always find things here.
