I have been going to Goodwill for the sole purpose of finding books for a few years now. It has always been great because i could find great books from only $.99 - $2.99. Mostly $1.99. So, imagine my disappointment when i pull a book (nothing special about it) off the shelf today and it was priced at $9.99!! And then several more for $4.99 and $5.99 each. Look, I understand this is still a decent price for some of these books, but now there is nothing separating you from all the other chain book stores. I understand inflation and all that, but last I checked, donated books aren’t costing you any extra to put on your shelves. Sadly, I’m afraid my Goodwill book hunting days have come to an end.

this place is a scam. my husband bought me some pink Sperry's that were two sizes too small last Saturday and I brought them in with my receipts to exchange them and they wouldn't let me do it and that it was for clothes only shoes are apparel. And they were made of cloth. so I just left the shoes on the counter and told him that they could keep them, I'm never coming back here again. that was $12.99 just wasted.. I had my receipt, and it was obvious I didn't even wear the damn things.

First of all, $7.99 for a used Starbucks mug? But that's not even why I'm here. I went to the checkout with three items and one did not have a sticker on it. So I was told that it couldn't be sold until tomorrow. Fine. Whatever. As I'm leaving there is an employee standing outside the doors of the donation area just texting on his phone. Why don't we worry more about our lazy employees doing their jobs and making sure that each item has a tag on it instead of assuming customers are just taking stickers off to get a better price. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the store is trash. Willis Goodwill is a heck of a lot better and the employees work hard. I was in there once and saw them putting stuff out and organizing the entire time I was in there!

Worst Goodwill store ever. Poorly organized and no home decor. Only clothes.

So we go to this goodwill a lot, it's normally pretty organized compared to many others we have been to and has some really good stuff sometimes. We bought and paid for a dresser/cabinet yesterday and they told us we could come back today and get it as it was pretty large. Fast forward to today and we went to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else and they had taken it. I was super disappointed.....however the manager Tai( I'm probably spelling his name wrong) handled it amazingly! He was extremely apologetic and seemed like he genuinely cared that they messed up and was willing to do whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen and it's not like he's who sold it to someone else but he took ownership of the situation, seemed like he really cared, and wanted to make it right. I ended up getting a kitcheaid mixer and a cool snowcone machine and left the store just as happy as when we arrived to pick up the cabinet. Stuff happens but it's how you handle the situation that makes all the difference. Thank you Tai!

There were two hammocks, an exotic desk, and a bunch of other cool things. It is hit or miss but fun to look. Kind of like an everyday garage sale.

Do you treat all your customers like they are thieves? Your employee Steve seems to think folks are there to steal when all we did was bring up a price sticker that's normal routine as we always do when shopping there and purchasing larger items and never have had an issue but Dupper Steve just had to go walk with me and make sure I wasn't up to some criminality. Will be my last time buying or donating to this Goodwill. Didn't even purchase the chair out of principle.Oh and if you come here saying sorry Goodwill you can miss me with that since Steve now has multiple complaints and now you're losing business over it so the ball is in your court to actually reprimand this horrible employee. Or maybe you just like cheap labor to match your inflated priced donated items so you'll just continue to let this sort of stuff slide since he's obviously not learned from the last rude encounter he had with another customer.

Decided to visit this store while in the area. Racks were a mess, and it was hard to sort through them. About 1/3 of the clothing items had stains, rips, or were otherwise extremely worn out (which, according to the cashier, these items shouldn't even be on the rack...). Since it was a busy day, and the checkout line was long we tried to have everything organized for easy checking out. Cashier was rude. We were overcharged, and it took over 30 minutes to get it straightened out. No one who helped us could do basic math. Many of our items hadn't even been rung up correctly, and that made getting everything straightened out even more difficult. The manager, Tyree, made the extremely rude comment about this being the reason the company is losing money. However, if everything had been rung up correctly in the first place, this wouldn't have even been an issue. I am a regular thrift shopper, and have no problem paying the ticket price on things, but when the cashier overcharges grossly, I'm going to be mad.
