“Was very close to the convention center. The price was good and the room had a full kitchen. Very clean room too. I wish our room had a pull out couch but it was fine.”

The amenities are great, especially for a hotel. The free breakfast every morning is always fresh and reliable, the gym is actually well-equipped (not just a couple of machines thrown in a room), and having access to water 24/7 in the breakfast area is such a simple but meaningful touch.
But what really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistent.
Jordan in the mornings always greets you with the biggest smile and sets the tone for the whole day. Shelby in the evenings is amazing, I’ve been able to sit and have real conversations with her, and she is always so kind, helpful, and genuine. And Mrs. Bhavika, the manager, is truly one of the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever met. You can tell she really cares about the guests and the environment she’s creating here.
I absolutely LOVE this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, this is it.”

“Had booked a room at Motel 6 that's behind this one, after seeing the Dump motel 6 was I drove up to Palace inn and for the same price, $90.00 monday night, it had a fridge freezer, microwave, blow dryer, great ac and nice sized flat screen, if I am ever in Conroe again will stay at this well lit motel.”
