“I stayed one night Sept 5 - Sept 6, 2026 to celebrate my birthday with my husband. The location of the hotel is in a great area, full of stores and things to do. It’s. I’ve just to walk out the hotel and do some walkable sight-seeing. HEB is conveniently right behind it as well. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful. The smell when you walk in is so inviting. Our room was nice, we had the King with sofa suite. It was clean with no issues. The bed was so comfortable and plush. They have a outdoor pool/jacuzzi that was really nice.
We parked in the structure next to the hotel for overnight and the hotel charged $18. They also have valet for $40. Overall a great stay, I recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.”

“The Westin is a nice hotel. Rooms are nicely updated and clean. Housekeeping is doing a really good job keeping rooms so nice. Our king room was very comfortable with a spa like bathroom.
My only complaint would be the added cost for the breakfast buffet. And the front desk did not properly explain that we needed a “voucher” to get a discount for the breakfast buffet? Confused? So were we. That confusion cost $67 for the two of us for the breakfast buffet. Kinda expensive but at least the onsite parking is only $40 per day or $45 for valet.
Good news is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a Tex-Mex restaurant within walking distance but we didn’t eat there.
The pool is also nice but closes at 6pm.
I don’t think we would stay here again but would opt for another hotel that didn’t charge so much for onsite dining and had an actual parking lot.”

“Stayed here for a three day work conference. Very clean room with plenty of towels. Nice beds. The style of the room is probably soon due for an update.

All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. I really appreciated Ed behind the main desk. When I was checking out, he very discretely noted my email for the receipt without giving away my name or company. Not many people have that tact or high level of service. Thank you Ed!

Hotel also has a pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice.

Also a great location without walking distance to several restaurants and an Uber of about 5 minutes to the main part of the Woodlands with all the night life.

I look forward to staying here again!”

“It's a fairly new property and yet it has been recently remodeled. Everything was immaculate and standing tall. The staff were friendly and very efficient in any of our dealings with them if you are going to be in the woodlands area or the Houston suburbs I couldn't think of a better property to stay at at that price
Quite the value especially when you consider it's the same or more to stay at a chain hotel of lesser value in the area. We were there for two days and thoroughly enjoyed it...
Even more so once we left my wife realized that she had misplaced her wedding ring.... I thought certainly it would not be found or returned... Much to our surprise it was found and the staff could not have been nicer while making arrangements to return it to us... I will actually go out of my way to stay there again and would encourage you to do so as well”
