“The Westin is a nice hotel. Rooms are nicely updated and clean. Housekeeping is doing a really good job keeping rooms so nice. Our king room was very comfortable with a spa like bathroom.
My only complaint would be the added cost for the breakfast buffet. And the front desk did not properly explain that we needed a “voucher” to get a discount for the breakfast buffet? Confused? So were we. That confusion cost $67 for the two of us for the breakfast buffet. Kinda expensive but at least the onsite parking is only $40 per day or $45 for valet.
Good news is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a Tex-Mex restaurant within walking distance but we didn’t eat there.
The pool is also nice but closes at 6pm.
I don’t think we would stay here again but would opt for another hotel that didn’t charge so much for onsite dining and had an actual parking lot.”

“Stayed here for a three day work conference. Very clean room with plenty of towels. Nice beds. The style of the room is probably soon due for an update.
All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. I really appreciated Ed behind the main desk. When I was checking out, he very discretely noted my email for the receipt without giving away my name or company. Not many people have that tact or high level of service. Thank you Ed!
Hotel also has a pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice.
Also a great location without walking distance to several restaurants and an Uber of about 5 minutes to the main part of the Woodlands with all the night life.
I look forward to staying here again!”

“Service and location are very good. You can access Costco , Walmart and a lot of restaurants around. Close to highways. Only complaint is the facilities are a lot old.”

“Just an extremely comfortable place to be. Youre feeling is freedom because all issues associated with check in do not exist. The staff are informative, welcoming and understanding of our different needs and odd hours. The lending section of games and puzzles,etc was a happy surprise. Free use of the laundromat and a gym with weights and all equipment you need. Im telling you,it feels like home without the dishes.”

Suites have 2 TVs, a large couch and a huge bathroom.
