“Mckenzie was working the registration at check out! Although nobody offered to help me while I was shopping, She did an amazing job and made my day when she checked me out. Great customer service super sweet young lady!”
“A floor walker worked with wife to help her choose a hat my wife loves.
Considering the low price of the hat, the floor walker spent a lot of time with Lynn and helped bend the rim to perfection.”
“My daughter brought me there for mothers day and bought me a few things. Very nice dress and skirt set along with some shorts. I was pleasantly surprised with the styles and prices. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional”
“Love the clearance racks & all the extra discounts when you check out. But trying to find someone to help you once you venture to the back is almost totally impossible. It feels like a grave yard & the customers are on their own. Not enough people working the floor.”
“Khols is convenient for Amazon returns; and they give you a discount on purchases made the day of the return. And I like to shop their clearance; always a cool find.”
“Store was clean nicely organized had a lot of good sales. They have a wide variety of clothes and designer to choose from. They have nearly everything you can think of to buy from kitchen, bathroom, decor and much more. If you like saving money I'd rather go here than somewhere else where I'm going to pay full price. Kohls usually always have coupons. The employees were friendly. We were greeted when we walked in the door and asked several times if we needed help finding anything.”

“I was treated with respect and attentiveness even with such a busy store. Candy was extremely helpful and, I look forward to picking up my altered clothing when completed.”
