“Love the clearance racks & all the extra discounts when you check out. But trying to find someone to help you once you venture to the back is almost totally impossible. It feels like a grave yard & the customers are on their own. Not enough people working the floor.”
“I give a 5star because of the manager Amy at the woodlands texas store. She has been so helpful to my children and that's why decided to actually open an account with them. Amy will help and is so knowledgeable....my Son is 7 feet and it's difficult to find clothes. She always let us know when they get new items. Thank you Amy”
“Good location, clean store and items I was looking for were in stock. I had a good customer service at check out, Jairo was very polite and nice, it's so rare now to have a good customer experience with cashiers at any stores. Slow, lazy workers with a lack of facial expression are representing many retail stores nowadays.”
“Usually a bit messy, often unattended kids running about in and out of the clothing racks and adults sitting idlel on furniture to be sold. The cashiers tend to be ho-hum, very slow about shortening long lines of customers waiting to check out.”
“Had a computer issue yesterday, a chat box trying to download. Unplugged it and called Best Buy Conroe to take it in. Called about 1:30 and got an appt. for 4:40 that day, very surprised, I'm in Huntsville. Walked in the store 14 min before my appt and was greeted by Ann A in the geek squad.
Looked at my computer and noticed a program that was downloaded 2/3/26. Some type of estimating program, someone was trying to remote hack me.
Still watching everything closely and changing passwords and usernames.

“This store is ALWAYS organized & clean, I was there today around 4:45 or so and I just want to say that the girl that was working was busy stocking the cooler area and then went over to take care of the customers at the register, she apologized to them for making them wait and explained why; the reason she gave was that the truck showed up late and she was by herself and was running behind schedule. She was 'VERY POLITE' with the customers ahead of me and also with me a patient with me because my card took 3 times for it to work but she walked me through it all and also said to me Have a Nice Day. I'm sorry that I dont remember her name but she 'DESERVES RECOGNITION' for her dedication to the customers and the store! I left concerned that she was by herself in such a lager store. As I was leaving 3 cars had pulled up.”

“The manager who opened on shift 5/28 is amazing! I wish I could remember her name but she was a huge help! I had left my Prada glasses while trying on the glasses at the rack the night before. I came in this morning to hopefully retrieve them and she took some time to review footage for me and tracked down the glasses. I’m so grateful! These glasses mean a lot to me not just because the price lol. Thank you so much!”
“Excellent selection, excellent management and customer service!! Most helpful employees from locating items,to checkout and loading. Great food at the food court always served by a very busy but committed staff. No kiosk like the woodlands just first hand customer service. Lines can get long but that only attests to how much customers love their pizza, hotdogs and other items. They have always been fast, efficient and eager to please!”
