OMGoodness! Service with buying a new phone was never so easy. Both Ladies were so nice and helpful. Nataly took a # of phones out to show me, cases and covers for each phone. Was SO nice and helpful. Knew every answer to my concerns too! Made my week!

Horrible my husband went there to change the Sim card from one phone to another metro phone which we have done in the past only took like 2 minutes took the girl at this location an hour and then she wiped his phone clean of all contacts and his Google account the other location on Frazier is faster and more hopeful

The ladies who serve them have no empathy for the customer, much less good service, there are two people, Deysi and Laura, avoid having a bad day and go to another store or another service module. What a shame that such a good company has this type of forgiveness giving a bad image.

SCAM THEY WILL OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND WILL THREATEN YOU IF YOU TRY TO POINT OUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED BY METRO TO CHARGE MORE THAN IS ADVERTISED BY METRO CORPORATE! TOTAL SCAM!!
