I did not mentally prepare myself for how helpful the staff was, I've always had a bad experience in these kind of places. They set the standard very high for what to expect here. Phone setup process went so smooth I had to leave with a case and charger too. Thank you Metro

OMGoodness! Service with buying a new phone was never so easy. Both Ladies were so nice and helpful. Nataly took a # of phones out to show me, cases and covers for each phone. Was SO nice and helpful. Knew every answer to my concerns too! Made my week!
