“Hands down the best experience I could have ever imaged. Zero issues, zero damage for my 2 house inventory for a move from Texas to Montana. Josh was super transparent throughout the entire process with zero surprises or hidden fees, etc. Josh’s crew (including Guillermo) were amazing in wrapping items, loading them and delivering them.”
“Yesterday an Employee closed the door on me at 3:50p saying she was closing. I already signed my lease and just needed my access code. She explained it would take 30mins to do all of this. She said she was told to go home because they don't have any air. I cane back today and Joseph was very nice and helpful. I've rented at a storage before. It didn't even take 10mins to confirm my ID, give access code and show me how to get to unit. Even though it was an inconvenience yesterday. I'm glad Joseph was there and not the lady from yesterday.”
“Wish I could go in anytime- it is locked and have to use passcodes to get in but they lock it after 10pm- I work nights and need to go at night sometimes but can’t- otherwise it’s a great place”

“CubeSmart on League Line Rd in Conroe has been the easiest and best group to work with!! We’ve been renting a unit with them for over a year and they are amazing. Facilities are very clean, management are very friendly and helpful. I also always feel safe going to my unit at anytime (during their hours).”

“I needed to rent a storage unit for my neighborhood HOA, and this was the location we chose. Talked to Bryan on the phone several times, and he was very detailed and patient as I asked questions. Went in to the office to fill out paperwork and get started, and Miss Donna was very pleasant, patiently explained the paperwork I was filling out, and once that was all done, was a wonderful guide as she showed me where my storage unit was.
All in all, this has been a fantastic experience, and I plan to utilize this as our storage unit for the foreseeable future!!”

WM&S made our big move feel surprisingly easy—and dare I say, even enjoyable? From start to finish, their team (and the amazing owner) went above and beyond.
We moved from a 4 bed, 3 bath home to another of similar size, and the whole process took three days. I couldn’t have done it without them!
Day 1 was all about packing (worth every penny—seriously, let the pros do it). Day 2 was a mix of packing and moving, and they even disassembled our furniture with care.
Day 3 was mostly moving the remaining items, reassembling furniture, and hooking up appliances—yes, they actually got everything set up for us. Huge relief!
They also offer unpacking services and will haul away all the boxes and tissue paper, which is a total game-changer if you tend to let those boxes linger longer than you’d like to admit (guilty!).
Highly recommend WM&S if you’re looking for a smooth move with friendly pros who truly care.”
