“Anthony, the customer service rep is always super helpful, courteous, and goes outta his way to make the client feel taken care of. He recalled conversations and what I did for a living even after having not been there for about a year. I have rented from both the car side and the truck dept. While the folks at the car rental locations in Conroe, TX are great, the truck side has always gone out of their way to assist me and get me into the right sized truck for my needs. I was delighted to hear that the previous manager was promoted. It is much deserved, she was a great service manager for the truck rentals!
The trucks are always well maintained and in good condition. From a 28 footer to a small cargo van... I've driven them all and never had any problems! Enterprise is my go to company for rentals of any kind!”
“Im Make Very easy for reservation in home depot place. But I call one employe direct from the PENSKE company ONE Men bad guy never help me AND this guy He made fun of me, when I told him I wanted to make a reservation in 2 days, he is not a good person.”

“I've rented trucks and trailers from this location multiple times. Each experience has been a great! Most employees are very nice and helpful. The only person who was not helpful was the older guy with the long white beard, he definitely had an attitude problem.
Overall great value if you are needing to rent a small trailer or van/truck to move things around.”
