“Storage is nice. There is an additional 7.99 tech fee that you don’t see until the end so be aware of that. The facility has no staff or front desk but the front gate opened without issue. Doesn’t matter because it seems the exit gate just stays open. Not sure if it closes at night. The free lock was nice but I had to call in to get the code. Someone called back within 15 minutes to assist. It should work fine for our needs. 10x20 nothing owed until the first of the next month.”
“This place is a 5/5. Texas Life Storage is clean, easily accessible, but what they really excel at is customer service. They have great communication skills and offer a variety of different options for your needs. They made my move easy and efficient. This place is well secured and taken care of. They offer affordable prices and an array of options. I’ve never had a problem with the staff, or safety of my items. If you’re looking for a safe place to store your items while feeling extremely welcomed and taken care of, this is the place to go.”
“I highly recommend Montgomery Self Storage. They have the best rates in town and a great staff to help you. Ask for Cheryl! She'll get you set up in no time.”
“Got a large, climate Controlled unit. They were easily the largest and cheapest units available and I called several places. Any time I've had to call, they are always quick to answer and very friendly on the phone. I couldn't say enough nice things.”
“Sasha provided truly exceptional service during our visit. From start to finish, she took complete ownership of everything we needed and handled it immediately and efficiently. When we noticed a bolt that wasn’t working properly, she replaced it on the spot without hesitation. When we needed tools, she brought them right away. There was no back-and-forth or delay—she simply took care of it.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience seamless. If we could work with Sasha every single time, we absolutely would. She represents outstanding customer service in every sense of the word.”
“Judi was exceptional in her ability to help us navigate renting a unit with the size and dimensions we needed. I feel she went above and beyond and all the reviews we read prior to choosing this or absolutely true thank you Judi for all your help.”
“We have had our climate controlled 10x15 here since May of 2021 for our christmas items and random things. They have been nothing short of amazing. Their security is amazing. Requires a code to go in AND out. There's roller things to help with bigger items. And first storage unit IN MY LIFE that I've encountered with no pest problems. THAT IS HUGE TO ME. I always see them driving the property and Ms. Denise and her team are OUTSTANDING. Thanks again, Lynette and Mike L.”
