If I pay $25.00 for fuel inside. I should receive $25.00 of fuel at the pump. Instead it cuts off .72 cents short. The cashier says that is the ten percent discount. First of all my shell/ Kroger number was not given and second it would be discounted per gallon not per dollar. This is theft!
