“I rented a one-way trailer from Louisiana and it has been impossible to get the main UHaul location on I-45 to answer the phone (sat on hold for 45 minutes). I called this location instead and the lady there was so nice and helpful! Even though I still have to take my trailer to the other location, she still helped me the best she could!!!
