These people are so WORTHLESS. It's supposed to be closed at 530 and I was there to pick up at 4:37 for something that it was supposed to be delivered but they changed from out for delivery to pick up for NO REASON. She was so rude and complaining about how she was the only person there and she can't leave to go to the back. WORTHLESS

never answer the phone I’m a sender from CT,calling due to a system error,been calling 2 hours ,67 times ,no one ever pick up ,I never seen any post office like this in my area ,The one star is well deserved

Worst post office ever! They my packages or just don’t deliver at all! If you call or go in person they can’t give you a straight answer. Definitely needs better management

Staff always in a bad mood.
And I cant pick up mail/package any where except from pick up door wich closes at 4:30 but they'll shut it before that.

If I could give a minus I would! This location is shockingly slow!!!
I waited 2 hours in line to pick up a package that apparently I could not reschedule the delivery on...why they didn't leave it in our community mailboxes, I will never know....and after 2 hours they had served 2 people!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to leave to pick up my daughter...never did get my package

Walked through the doors at 5:29 and was in line at 5:30. They refused service because they were “closed”. Doors were open and people were inside. Terrible service.

I really think this office is pathetic. My mail is always missdelivered or missing. Gotta go to this office almost on a weekly basis for some kind of issue about my mail. They lost my license tags, an importatant document from my insurance company and a replacement item that was supposed to be in my mailbox, among some other items.
They always say the will take care of it but never do. They ask you to fill out a form and they say they will call you back to follow up but never happens.
Last time I spoke to the manager who promised to fix the situation but she never did.

I had a bad experience during my recent visit. There were three associates at the desk, and one was helping someone in the passport line. When I walked in, Robert was chatting and laughing with a coworker and a customer. Even though he saw me, he didn’t call me up for about five minutes.
When he finally did, he just asked if I had a QR code and then tapped through the screen without letting me pick any of the answers myself. He seemed really rude and dismissive the whole time.
Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps improve service.

Came in as a walk-in for passports at 7:30 am and they took me right in, I was out within 15 minutes!! highly recommend this place 💗

The slowest part office I've ever been to. It takes forever to get anything done here. Never have I ever walked in here and there wasn't a line that was very slow.

This has literally been one of the worst post offices I have ever dealt with. And it's not a one-time occurrence it's every time I visit this post office. And no matter how many complaints are made by multiple individuals nothing ever changes no one has ever reprimanded. I literally stood in line today for 2 hours waiting on fingerprints. I was the second person in line behind one appointment in front of me just for them to tell me that oh we only have one individual that can do fingerprints and they don't work but 2 days a week. If you're only going to offer a service 2 days a week post it on your door that you're only going to offer it 2 days a week.

I try to avoid this Post Office and this is my first review. One person in particular I’ve had two bad experiences with. Today the 2nd and yes last. I didn’t get his name. He is a white male whom I’ll call dough boy. He always seems to have an attitude and works harder to get out of doing his job vs just getting it done. No wonder the USPS has so many problems. Not to mention this place looks like a dump.
