About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 809 W Dallas St provides secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package delivery. This Post Office offers walk-in passport services. Reviews note that service can be very efficient and friendly, with staff praised for speeding people through and helping customers in a pinch even while busy or short-staffed. However, experiences can vary. While some customers always get good service, others report significant delays in receiving services like mailbox keys, with multiple visits, calls, and emails sometimes required before an issue is resolved. The location is often busy, with long lines for mail pickup and passport services. Customers frequently observe that the office could use more help, as the existing employees can feel overburdened. Some customers prefer to avoid visiting in person due to long waits and occasionally rude customers.

Always have excellent service here. Depending on what time you go the line can get a little long a times. Went one time as soon as they opened and the line was out the door. Went one time around 3 and walked right in with no line.
