Worst service ever, sales person burped while talking to me, didn't even stand up from his chair to great me, called to talked to manager and a guy named Robin hung up on me, manager was never available. Do not shop at Verizon, there's other cel phone carriers out there that actually care. One star is too much for this store.

Tandra is a very awesome Store Manager. She went out of her way to help us beyond what we expected. She helped us setup our phones and necessary purchases. She deserves a 10+.

I was alittle disappointed with their service. I have been a Verizon customer since 1998 and have never received this type of service. I was being helped by Natalie and the other co-worker was always interrupting us. She just started talking to Natalie right in the middle of our discussion. Very rude and inconsiderate to me. I was not pleased with their customer service at all

I came in today to get help with my new iPhone 15 pro and I believe her name was Maddie or Natalie ( I am terrible with names), but she was working solo and had at least 5 other customers besides myself. She really impressed me on how well she took care of us all at the same time and to the best of her ability considering she was working by herself. She was professional, patient and very efficient. I am happy that my issues were resolved and that I chose that location to go.

Natalie was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Really made switching companies and phones a lot less stressful! Really enjoyed her customer service!

The sales Rep, Tandra was very helpful and answered my questions. I'd shop at that location again, even though it wasn't the closest Verizon store.

Juan was extremely helpful for my first time setting up my own phone plan! We hit a little bump in the road with difficulty transferring my plan (to no one’s fault) and he stayed late after closing to help me get it resolved. Even almost an hour after closing, he was still patient in helping resolve the matter and I left with a new phone and a great deal! Super appreciative!

This Verizon location was great. There was only one service representative at the time and 3 customers waiting. He did a good job at multitasking and getting everyone taken care of quickly.

Omg ! Costumer service at this location was amazing ! JUAN addressed all my questions and concerns ! He helped me out to get the best iPhone device and we even got internet service for our home ! Thank you once again JUAN ! He saved the day !

Definitely recommend! Abby was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help with fixing my connectivity, but also helped explain my bill and showed me how to save money. She went above and beyond with her patience and knowledge and I couldn’t be more happy!! Thank you sooo much Abby!! I’ll definitely be back to this location to purchase a new phone in the very near future!
