“We saw Dr. Cardenas for a second opinion, and I can honestly say she’s the best vet I’ve ever met! She took so much time with Paisley girl, asking questions, loving on her, and carefully explaining all of our options. It never once felt rushed. Cheyanne, the tech, was just as incredible and so gentle with Paisley. We left feeling truly cared for and so thankful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Edit after having to go back for more test, and refilling medication *** Front desk needs a bit of training on customer service and your tone!! Also the 24 hour rule for refill on medication when I wasn’t aware of that, asked for just this one time. I will be using a third party for her medication to avoid having to call. I loved this place so much and the front desk has ruined it for me.”

Since this place is so calming, I'm hoping the 3 year old will be more comfortable at this veterinarian office. I’ve shopped around for vets for my new pets, and after trying several local options, I ended up driving 1.5 hours to her clinic, and it was worth it! “Our 2 year old golden retriever had a freak accident where he ate 15 shards of glass. We were referred to Animal Emergency Clinic of Conroe and they were able to retrieve all of the glass from his stomach. After nearly three days of hospitalization, he was able to come home. We are so grateful that our boy is still here with us. All of the doctors who worked with us were patient, understanding, and kind. The techs and receptionists were also outstanding. I would trust any of the team members with his life. We are very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if he needed care. Thank you!”

“Staff and doctor were great and very caring. We have 2 elderly dogs and they spent all the time we needed to get proper test performed and questions answered. They informed us we did not need certain test (so we spent less) as they would not alter treatment plans. Highly recommend!”
