“Excellent service rendered to determine best care for Margo, officially a senior furbaby! They were very thorough checking her wellness and patient with a very jittery pet outside her comfort zone. All staff members from front office to vet were friendly and caring not only to Margo but to me as well! I recommend newcomers to this vet pet hospital!”

“Dr George and the techs there are amazing. I also see another doctor there which I can't place her. nme right now but she is equally amazing! I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. They are kind friendly and genially concerned about my pets. They work with me to insure I get everything I need done within. my budget even if it's spread out over a couple visits. they have an app that is super cool and convenient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vets office that feels like family everyone here you can tell actually loves there job nd loves pets ... #1 vets office”

“We had to suddenly say good by to a dear friend, and the staff’s compassion helped ease our hearts and minds. Our pet was greeted by name by the receptionist when we walked in. The assistant walked us through each step. The veterinarian made sure we were prepared for the process. While this was our first visit, I plan to make Shady Brook our go to vet.”

“Paws to Claws has cared for my fur babies for the last 7 yrs. Always very willing to get us right in. I have an ancient Chihuahua and 2 elderly guinea pigs that have thrived under their care. Couldn't ask for a better veterinary. They even inquired after myself when I had a surgery, to be sure all was well. Real people, with real hearts.”

“Recommend by the Vet for the regular prescriptions for my dog’s heart medications. Every time I call they are super helpful and are able to provide specific and quick times when the prescriptions are available. Staff works very quickly.”

“Dr. Salazar and the entire staff are always helpful and friendly. They were wonderful in the past with one of my older dogs and now they treat my two younger boys. They always take time to discuss the care and treatment. I also never feel they try to upsell any product or treatment. I trust them fully with my dogs care and highly recommend them to others.”

“My dog has actually not seen Dr. Martin yet but however, I’m very impressed so far with the staff, (Devon especially ). My every day vet has recommended that my dog get an x-ray of the hind leg area due to some limping that’s been going on periodically their x-ray machine is down so they recommended Lone star animal Hospital and said really good things that they have been known to quickly get animals in on a timely manner. And they were correct. I called on a Saturday. They requested some medical records from my pet I sent them in via email and within 2 1/2 I received a callback, scheduling an x-ray for the following Tuesday. I was very impressed by that I had a few questions. Called back the following day never was placed on hold The questions were answered promptly so far I’m very impressed. I will update us after his appointment tomorrow. I was really impressed on how they were willing to work with me. They excepted the medical records in my every day normal vets recommendations and are taking over with doing the x-ray. I’m very grateful that they are doing this so there’s no delay in medical care.”

“I thought it was the end of the road for my 11 year old mini doodle, didn't think I would be leaving with her because she was lethargic and couldn't hold herself up. I went in for an emergency visit, I called on the way but the vet had just left. They said he was going home but would call him to see if he was too far away yet. They called me back and said he was turning around to come in for us and I was shocked. When we got in, the vet tech came out to pick her up and carry her in. They put a bandana on her to make her feel better and started asking a lot of questions just to go through the what ifs. They were honest from the beginning mentioning her age etc. The vet could tell I was not doing well while they had her in the back and they continued to offer me beverages but finally the vet himself came in twice minutes apart to tell me jokes and distract me. Finally after a long visit and work up they brought my pup out and both doc and Sandra told me things would get better with treatment if we kept her strictly on it and she today has bounced back. Still an old girl with more check ups to go but more time is more time and I'm grateful! Thank you doc & team!”

“Banfield Magnolia was fully booked when I came in. I initially went in just to ask if they had eye drops they could recommend since my dog Caroline was having some redness and irritation with her eye. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow at another location. The young lady at the desk explained to me how important it was that she be seen today. even though they were fully booked they immediately chose to squeeze me in that day. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The doctor that cared for my dog Caroline, Dr. Keller, was very thorough when explaining how to apply her eye drops. Caroline seemed really anxious and Dr. Keller was so sweet and caring towards her. You can tell Dr. Keller really loves her job and cares about our pets! Overall very good experience and I’m glad I renewed my plan with them. It’s great to be able to have peace of mind and come in when something concerning happens to my fur babies. Can’t speak for all locations, but I always have good experiences at this one and the Tomball location!”

“The care and support they gave my cat was the only way I could justify the price. I had an awful emergency situation, my cat ate my AirPods case. They did x-rays immediately followed by surgery to cut open his stomach and take the silicone pieces out. They kept him overnight, and called me to give me updates on him. I was hysterically sobbing the whole time I was there and they were so kind to me. I paid $5K after everything was done. It was truly a life or death situation, I would have paid anything. I am beyond grateful for how gentle they were with him. He is my sweet baby boy and thanks to their support and immediate help, and the grace of God, he is alive. I wouldn’t wish coming to an emergency vet on anyone. But, this facility and their staff are what you’d want to walk into in your time of distress. Money comes and goes :)”
