“I made an appointment online to have a tire repaired. Turned out the issue was in the sidewall, and could not be fixed, it had to be replaced. As luck would have it, they didn't have the tire in stock, but assured me they could have it that afternoon. Isaac took care of all the warranty/insurance paperwork, kept me informed, and was able to get my vehicle back to me by the close of business! We have been faithful Discount Tire Customers for years, but today Isaac and his team went above and beyond!”
“Came in and needed my tires checked after having to air them up a few times. The guy greeted me, took me to my car to show me there were nails in them and why I should move forward with getting new ones, rather than just throwing a new set at me for unknown reasons. He also showed compassion for me having my child knowing we were about to go on a 300+ mile road trip. We got interrupted by an angry costumer waiting for their free tire service, because he needed it done quickly while the store was insanely busy.. and the worker continued to be nothing but professional even towards him.. good people here”
