“I took my Glock for a red dot slide cut and mounting. I was expecting it to take a long time but I was able to get my pistol back sooner then expected. Also I decided to bring by an old 1911 in I was having trouble with, they have an expert who able to get my pistol back to me even quicker. “Honestly one of the best businesses I've ever worked with. They are attentive to your needs and answer any questions you ask regardless of how dumb the question may seem. When you pick up your fire arms they are more than willing to help you navigate functionality. Their office is a bit different than most will be used to but I promise you they care about their customer. They even help track down items they don't have listed on their site if they have the means to do so. Additionally I had purchased some mags from them that ended up having a factory defect and they are working on the RMA for me, no oh contact the manufacturer or anything like that. 110 percent customer service!”

“I made a purchase that had to be shipped to a FFL location. When ordering, I wanted to find a location that keeps my money in the Schertz community. I try and support local business as much as possible. After ordering, my item arrived in two days. River City Pawn promptly called me and let me know I had a pickup waiting.

“Really enjoyed the private 50 yd shooting range, safe place to train and work on fundamentals/ shooting drills with my wife. Only downside is paying 35 dollars for an hour of shooting plus 18 dollars x2 as an entry fee to the range. Not to mention the 30 minutes of travel each way. Would come every week if I could afford it ! The employees are very professional and kind.”
