“Everyone was welcoming and friendly when I stopped in to pick up my purchase and pay the transfer fee, which was the lowest I've heard of in the city (compared to fees paid by my brother and a good friend, both of whom have growing collections)! Both the other customers and staff with whom I interacted were decidedly passionate about the firearms with which they were interacting, including mine. I will definitely be visiting again!”

“Excellent experience. Chose this place as an FFL for my order and he called me right away when it was received. One of the lowest fees in town and great customer service. Love small businesses that know how to treat a customer. I would definitely use them again and come back and check out some of their other stuff. The gunsmith was also knowledgeable and gave me some good info. Highly recommend this place!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy Dial and the folks at Bracken Guns. I’ve used them twice now to receive firearms I purchased through their FFL transfer service, and both experiences were outstanding. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and exactly as it should be—and their pricing is excellent. This morning, I also used Bracken Guns for the shooting qualification portion of my LTC class, and once again, Jeremy delivered. He provided an excellent pre-qualification briefing and conducted the range qualification in a way that was safe, professional, organized, and thorough. You can tell that safety and doing things the right way are priorities for him. Whether you’re looking for reliable FFL transfer services, purchasing-related assistance, or firearms training, I highly recommend Bracken Guns and especially Jeremy Dial. Great people, great service, fair prices, and a very professional operation. I’ll definitely be using them again.”

“Didn't realize the Hot Wells location had re-opened, but visited the NE Loop 410 during Christmas and it is a great little shop. Nice selection overall and I think a younger fella named RJ or JR not sure sold me a Ruger Security Six .357 for a great price. The fact he worked with me on price was awesome. Rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this was literally the Saturday before Christmas even and they were pretty busy. I'll definitely be going back. My firearms taste is more on the FUDDY side these days, so for Wheel Guns they have an exceptional sampling.”

“Love the setup here. Great looking gun store inside and out with lots of accessories. Called 9 different stores and this is the only one that had a basic ar15 trigger that didn't require purchase of a $80 lower parts kit. (didn't need the rest) Very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely going back for cerakote.”

“So let me first start off by saying if you’re not shopping at Mission, you’re doing it all wrong. Plus they’re behind Discount Tire, so if you get a flat, just go buy a firearm. You know how long those tire changes take! Every time I have visited Mission, I have the upmost best experience. Matter of fact the last 2 times I were there, these names people watched and babysat my 10 week old pug like it was their own dog. I honestly feel like I could trust these complete strangers with my new born baby. I’m 33 with no kids, I don’t even think I could have kids. I’m probably shooting blanks at this point, but that’s here not there. These names people helped me and built trust with me instantly. Mission is so lucky to have these amazing, nice, trust worthy employees. If they’re not given a raise by December, I will buy the place myself and then give them raises lol. Jesse, Ashley, Amelia, Alfonzo, John, Penny, Alexys & Noah are the named individuals I have happily dealt with. I will be here Monday - Friday if you want another review. Also here is my Instagram so you can monitor and view the different firearms I purchase from Mission. IG: drdannyy”

“Best customer service I've had at any pawn shop. I came in a little nervous, but Urbano treated me with total respect and professionalism. He took the time to listen, evaluated my items fairly, and explained my options. No games, no low-balling, just honest and helpful service. I’ll definitely be back and sending my friends here.”

Super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was dialed in. The Titan was ready to go right out of the box. No headaches. Smooth process the whole way. If you want it done right, ask for Phillip.”

“Most of the bad reviews for this business are bogus. I’ve been buying ammo here for a couple years and no where else compares to Alamo Ammo’s prices. I recommend this place to everyone. Store front is a little small but it’s due to their massive selection at such a great price.”
