No Stars!! Was victim of Hit and Run and I correctly recounted License Plate number of 'perp' and AAA manager Brandi Lowe tells me to handle my case as they/AAA "have NO obligation" to help me!!!!

Their roadside assistance is nonexistent, not reliable. Takes way too long for service call. I’ve cancelled the request a few times because of wait times. Definitely need to rethink my membership.

Worst customer service ever i made a 3pm service call in the downtown area and as i write this i am still waiting been over 3hrs now and each time i got from dispatch was incorrect ,do not use this company .
