She a bad B on matching... people like her that love to match paint are not very many left out there.. been to several paint stores before I found her. others just give you what the computer gives them n tell you to blend it.. you can't blend a color that don't match.. n if you keep going to tell them to fix it, they give you an ugly look”

Yeah, so early in the day, a lot of contractors show up, and it can take time to get helped. But no worries, these employees take it in stride, one customer at a time. They ask good questions to help you figure out what you want, too, in case you're not a professional painter. “I wasn't too happy with my visit at this location today. The assistant Manager assisted me in spending almost $1,000 in paint yesterday. I came today to spend another $300.00 and tried to get some credit on a 5 gallon alabaster with extra white, maybe someone will eventually want it at some point in a store this big. They simply didn't take any consideration in my business and just said no can do.. now it's on my behalf to pay for replacement correct paint..... Thank you Sherwin williams for being so considerable with your customers!I have to mention, but I went to same location untetionally days later and tried exchanging 2 gallons for other job, and I was very surprised to see how nice they were this time, big change!!! “I want to give a shout out to Desean Brumfield at the Sherwin-Williams located at 10909 Webb Chapel in Dallas, TX. He provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in recent years when I brought my aging mother in to get paint for her kitchen. Desean gave her undivided attention with patience and smiles the entire time. He went above and beyond by helping her get access to online discounts she was not aware of. He showed her how the paint she selected would look on her cabinets by testing a small area. What a guy. Sherwin-Williams will want to be sure to keep this man. In fact, Mr. Brumfield should manage an entire store of his own, or maybe even have a larger role where he can cascade his customer service approach to entire teams.
