“I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. I don't know if they have a guarantee on their fish because I have never a fish pass directly after purchasing it! “Love this place!!! My dog HATES bath-time, but if he has to take one, this is where he prefers. The self wash areas are stocked with everything you need and the tubs are separated by a half wall which is great for anxious pups. The staff is also super friendly and helpful and my pooch loves that he always gets some pets and a treat on our way out!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!”

“Absolutely the best pet store around. They have anything you can imagine for your pets. I had a dog that was having stomach issues and they suggested that I start giving her some raw goats of milk. Since she was a puppy now into her adulthood she absolutely loves it and she has never had stomach problems since. I also have two cats and one of them was sickly with their stomach. I switched them to farmina brand and life is so much better since I did that. And that was a suggestion I just recently got. The people are more than helpful. They go above and beyond to hear you make suggestions highly knowledgeable. Not to mention you can do all of the things that other delivery services from bigger box stores do but you can't get the type of service that you get from Hollywood Feed.”
