“I do advertising projects in different cities and states that involve using a sign printer and I always try to pick a local one. Over the years, as one can imagine, I have encountered varying degrees of quality and service. I buy a lot of signs so I know what questions to ask and what constitutes a fair price.For one particular project, I visited several in Lewisville, TX. One printer tried to gouge me on price while another one quoted me more reasonable cost but they seemed unhappy with their business and their life. Then I found Signarama...1) Very professional and very friendly,2) Very good pricing.3) Top Shelf quality on the signs I ordered.4) Signarama is a large franchise group BUT the owner in Lewisville, Mark, is a LOCAL guy running a LOCAL business and he's just really great to work with!5) Melissa did a fantastic job assisting me with some graphic design work.6) Fabian was so professional and so helpful on several different occasions. Example: After the order was ready, I called in and asked him to drill some guide/starter holes in 3 large signs I had purchased. He was gracious and accommodating and the holes passed my OCD test- and that's saying something!7) They all seem to take pride in and enjoy what they do.Bottom Line- Anyone looking for signage in or near Lewisville, TX should absolutely, positively call or go by and visit Mark and his team. “I'm a police officer and went there to have my uniform awards mounted. Met by a very friendly woman who took care of me. To my pleasant surprise she told me it would be ready the next day. I asked for the price and she said $25, which is about half of what I was expecting. I called the next day to ask if they took credit cards, and she greeted me by name when she picked up the phone (they do take credit cards). The time to complete was amazing. Price was great. “I made this location my go to for AutoNation (Renee M.)printing needs for a long time. They have always accommodated my needs and wants. This time it was more then just printing and I needed it with in a few short hours, like 4 hours. Marco and Eddie made it happen! They not only made it happen they did it with patience understanding and empathy. They didn't over promise, but they over delivered on what I needed and not just one trip but there were three trips in the matter of two days to get everything I needed for an Executive conference. At one point I was at the conference center in Irving, Eddie called the store (118 John Carpenter Frwy)closest to where I was, sent them the file and explained what I needed. Albeit, it was only three things, but they were important and Shelby B. at that store was just as pleasant and accommodating as the other store. They made my urgency, detailed and quick turn around time a priority and did it with professionalism and kindness. Not only did they ever get frustrated with me, but they demonstrated this to all their customers. Patience and professionalism that exceeded any that I have seen anywhere in a very long time. The lines were long, the phones were ringing, the peoples requests were important to them and they never changed from being top notch. If you have an employee award that you give, all of these mentioned in the this need to be recognized and celebrated for a job well done. What they did can't be taught it's just who they are as people. They are shining stars in my book. I too work in a service business that CSI is so important and feedback matters. The exceptional feedback isn't often relayed, but want to make sure everyone that needs to know, knows this store is awesome!”

“The customer service was super nice and helpful to me! I was having a stressful week needing to last minute reprint custom Christmas cards. Fortunately they were patient with helping me to do test prints with different color versions on their paper types and the end result came out great! They were able to get them printed out right then and there, and the staff showed me how to use the in store paper cutter to get the post card just right. Got news today that my cards (most of the recipients) received them just in time for Christmas, so I have to thank Fedex and the employees here for the last minute clutch. Thank you so much!!!”
