“We called inquiring about setting up an account for our family owned business right here in Copperas Cove. To our surprise, the district manager was there and took our call personally and set us up with an account and explained everything in detail. Thank you Joe Taylor for taking care of our company and making this entire process, very easy and smooth.”
“Very happy with the way my vehicle turned out. Scott was the staff that handled my vehicle, he is very professional and made sure that I stayed informed the entire time my vehicle was away.”
“Staff were very helpful. Helped me check my coolant level. It was getting low. Went inside and showed me what I needed and help me get it added. I really appreciated all the help. Staff is great. Friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!!!”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My truck is crazy special to me… he got insurance to put up or shut up and got done way more then the car insurance was initially going to cover. Thanks y’all”

“William is amazing. He ran a diagnostic on my car...went over the issues...priced the parts and was even able to help me find a local mechanic to install the parts...great professional service!!!”
“This place is amazing. They fixed my car in 5 days and they vacuumed, washed it and brought it to my place since I couldn’t pick it up because I was at work. Wonderful service. The staff is very nice and attentive. I highly recommend them.”
“I wanted to mention that the employee named Junior/JR was really helpful and knowledgeable, and as I was struggling to find the right size socket, he helped me find it, and I was able to get my car fixed and back on the road again. Very good customer service for sure.”
“Had a blowout & had soldiers to pick up at North Fort Hood & Colt & Chauncey really gave me great service & gave me some priority service getting me back on the road on a Sunday so that I was able to get soldiers out to enjoy some leave & get to their flights on time. Will be back for more tires from these guys & thanks!!”

“Outstanding work exceeding my expectations on service and communications. Work completed earlier than promised. As a great bonus, my truck was returned detailed, inside and out! My service advisor, Johnathan, was the best!”
