“My Genesis G70 was severely damaged back in May when they were repaving the highway towards Fort Hood. Nearly every part of my car had rock damage, windshield had to be replaced, several other parts had to be ordered, new paint etc. It was a big job. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, communication, and the quality of Gerber’s work. They had my car for a little over a month, again BIG job, and I got phones calls every single Tuesday and Thursday without fail with progress updates.Thank you so much for your calls and kindness. “I can't say enough good things about this business! It's a family owned business. They take walk ins if they have time. I went there this past Thursday because my A/C was blowing cool air on one side and hot air on the other. I explained my issue and frustrations to the mechanic and he told me to bring it after lunch and he'll square me away. He did just that! It took him less than an hour to order my part & fix my A/C. I'm not sure how much other mechanics charge, but to fix the issue, it wasn't even over $130! In my experience, other places in Copperas Cove try to take advantage because I'm a woman. But not Mr Dewald and his son! From now own my vehicles won't be brought to any other mechanic shop. They have a customer for life!!!!!!”
