“I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone when I came in to get a battery replaced for my son’s vehicle. Mario, the manager, and Tyree were both very kind, welcoming, and greeted me right away. They listened to what I needed and helped me immediately. Mario changed the battery for me, and the whole process was incredibly fast and easy. I truly appreciated how helpful, professional, and courteous they both were. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Thank you, Mario and Tyree, for the excellent customer service! You both went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone location!”

“Look everyone on Google knows that when I write a review basically it's for the customer. Well this review is a little different. I was the seller and Mcleod Auto Sales was my purchaser. I went there to get a quote on my car and I met Rylund Peterson very nice and respectable young man. He took a look at my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum addition, which was a beautiful SUV inside and out. So we sit down and talked about the estimate that Rylund presented to me. Well he saw the bluebook value and offered me the blue book value and said no. Then he ask me what would it take to get your SUV. I gave him my price he told me to hold on and came back, and told me he could do that for me. Man it made my day a lot more easier than I expected. Rylund was straight up honest, professional, and a great sells person I'm telling Mcleod Auto Sales is where you should do business. If you are looking for the best car dealership in Killeen this is the place to go. It feels genuinely honest people that works there. If you live in Killeen, Texas think about Mcleod Auto Sales and find Rylund Peterson the best and most honest person you will ever meet. Thank you guys for serving Killeen.”

“This is location is by far the best in central Texas! Originally I took my car for repairs at the Caliber in cove and was completely unhappy with the repairs. So I brought it to this Killeen location and they fixed the repairs that were botched by the other location. I am 100% happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from this Caliber Collision.”

“So.. I decided to use this body shop because it was an authorized shop for my insurance. They informed me it would take until about September 22 for my car to be completed. I hit debris on the highway and damaged the under carriage of my 21 Hyundai Sonata. Imagine my surprise when the work was completed before the deadline promised. When I went to pick up my car, that’s where the problems began. I saw what looked like it might be my car, but this car look fresh off the showroom floor. No way this was my car. The keys unlocked the door, but this car was too fancy to be mine. How do you pick up your car and it looks better than you remembered?!! Sorcery!!! High Quality Collision has a forever customer in me!!! Superb work, guys!!!!!”

“Both of my headlights went out at the same time and it was gonna storm. I walked into O’Reilly’s and right away the assistant manager Ann greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her and I showed her a picture of what I thought I needed and she took me right to the product!! She help me set up an account so I’d start earning points and then came outside with me and demonstrated how to change out my own lightbulbs ! She did one and I did the other, and then she looked at my wiper blades and showed me how to change out the one that needed replacing. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I walked away, not only with the products that I need, but with the knowledge and the confidence to drive safely down the road. I’m going to tell everyone who needs anything done to come to this particular O’Reilly’s because the assistant manager goes above and beyond !! She could’ve just sold me my products and let me walk out the door but instead she chose to educate me and empower me so that I would be a safe driver. Assistant manage Ann, if you read this, thank you so much you’ll never know how much this meant to me!!! Y’all go check them out!!!”

“I had a great experience here when I needed a new battery for my Land Cruiser. Tom helped me find the right one, and when he noticed I was struggling because I have a bad back and had a busted hand, he immediately stepped in and offered to help. He took the time to install the battery for me and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process. Tom is also a fellow veteran, and I think it says a lot when someone carries that same sense of service into the community and looks out for others. It’s becoming rare to find people who genuinely go above and beyond when they don’t have to. I truly appreciated what Tom did for me. Great experience and definitely five-star service!”

“I am very glad I took my car to Giovanni's. My car was really badly oxidized on the entire top, including the hood and trunk. The top was really bad, as you can see in the picture, it looks like someone had scratched the clear coat and paint. I think it's because the factory didn't do something correctly. After all, I saw more than a few of my model cars with the same problem. I know the pictures aren't doing Giovanni's work justice, but my car looks better than when I bought it. The blending is impeccable; it looks like the entire car was painted. I highly recommend GD Auto LLC, and I will use them in the future.”

“Rare i give a place 5 stars. Everyone has different experiences. Mine was great from day 1. Got my car turned in on a Tuesday morning got it back Friday afternoon. “Mr. Johnson has had to fix my car twice because I got hit on two separate occasions. Both times he worked diligently and ensured that his work was done properly. (It was) He is an amazing man who takes care of his costumers. I am a college student so I brought my car to him during Christmas break. He made sure my car was in and out of his shop so I could drive back to my university when break was over.”

“I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it.I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.”

Christian helped us quickly find the right bulbs and we were on our way when he said he could help us install them! This was so perfect and a blessing we couldn’t have imagined! We are so grateful for O’Reillys. Especially this one! Thanks.”
