“Look everyone on Google knows that when I write a review basically it's for the customer. Well this review is a little different. I was the seller and Mcleod Auto Sales was my purchaser. I went there to get a quote on my car and I met Rylund Peterson very nice and respectable young man. He took a look at my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum addition, which was a beautiful SUV inside and out. So we sit down and talked about the estimate that Rylund presented to me. Well he saw the bluebook value and offered me the blue book value and said no. Then he ask me what would it take to get your SUV. I gave him my price he told me to hold on and came back, and told me he could do that for me. Man it made my day a lot more easier than I expected. Rylund was straight up honest, professional, and a great sells person I'm telling Mcleod Auto Sales is where you should do business. If you are looking for the best car dealership in Killeen this is the place to go. It feels genuinely honest people that works there. “This is location is by far the best in central Texas! Originally I took my car for repairs at the Caliber in cove and was completely unhappy with the repairs. So I brought it to this Killeen location and they fixed the repairs that were botched by the other location. “I bought my car brand new in 2024 and I regularly get it maintenance at all American Chevrolet. The team is very professional they always get me in right around my appointment time. At the end of July, my car started making a funny noise. I brought it in with no appointment and Amanda got my car to the back right away to get it diagnosed. They came back and told me I had a seized bearing and that I would need my camshaft replaced. I immediately was concerned about the cost of something extensive like that but they reached out to GM and got 90% of the repair cost covered for me! There were no rentals available that day so they Uber me back to my house and then Uber me back to the dealership the very next day to put me in a rental. The whole process was Easy and the Repair Cost was very low! I highly recommend this place for anybody needing regular maintenance or any kind of engine repairs.”

“I have a camper shell, that had a missing gas strut and hinge rivets were broken off. I had a 9:00 appointment, and they repaired it in 45 minutes. Justin, who did the reparing, did an outstanding job. He kept me informed while the repairing was being done. He was very professional, and the whole staff was also professional and polite. “Both of my headlights went out at the same time and it was gonna storm. I walked into O’Reilly’s and right away the assistant manager Ann greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her and I showed her a picture of what I thought I needed and she took me right to the product!! She help me set up an account so I’d start earning points and then came outside with me and demonstrated how to change out my own lightbulbs ! She did one and I did the other, and then she looked at my wiper blades and showed me how to change out the one that needed replacing. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I walked away, not only with the products that I need, but with the knowledge and the confidence to drive safely down the road. I’m going to tell everyone who needs anything done to come to this particular O’Reilly’s because the assistant manager goes above and beyond !! She could’ve just sold me my products and let me walk out the door but instead she chose to educate me and empower me so that I would be a safe driver. Assistant manage Ann, if you read this, thank you so much you’ll never know how much this meant to me!!!

“I am very glad I took my car to Giovanni's. My car was really badly oxidized on the entire top, including the hood and trunk. The top was really bad, as you can see in the picture, it looks like someone had scratched the clear coat and paint. I think it's because the factory didn't do something correctly. After all, I saw more than a few of my model cars with the same problem. I know the pictures aren't doing Giovanni's work justice, but my car looks better than when I bought it. The blending is impeccable; it looks like the entire car was painted. I highly recommend GD Auto LLC, and I will use them in the future.”
