“I went in to have my battery checked and it needed to be replaced. I do have a foreign made vehicle, so replacing the battery was a little difficult. Bryant was very patient and explained everything to me. The store manager, I think his name was Mario, came out to assist Bryant. They were successful in changing out the battery. What should have taken about 10 minutes, took about 20 - 30 minutes. I appreciate their customer service. Thank you gentleman so much!!!”

He definitely went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly via text, ensure all repairs were up to his standards and was very helpful at pick up with transferring car seats and answering questions and covering all the details that were repaired. Another part of my pleasant experience was Becca & Trinity at the front desk. Every time I called or walked in, they had a smile on their face, spoke with clarity and was very considerate. As a small business owner myself of 17 years, I appreciate solid customer service and Caliber delivered on every front.”

“I have a camper shell, that had a missing gas strut and hinge rivets were broken off. I had a 9:00 appointment, and they repaired it in 45 minutes. Justin, who did the reparing, did an outstanding job. He kept me informed while the repairing was being done. He was very professional, and the whole staff was also professional and polite. It's a customers friendly environment. And the owner is retired military. The establishment has everything u need to upgrade your Truck or Jeep. I'm more than satisfied. Thanks Justin!”

“Brian & John were awesome!! I was warned about a headlight being out & not to drive or I would get a ticket & just so happened to me next to O'Reily & thought they were closed but Brian approached me outside & asked if I needed assistance & I did as my fat hand couldn't fit thru the headlight hole. It wasn't easy for Brian but he was persistent & managed to get the headlight out & found me a new one but I was really in a financial crunch & didn't think I could get it but then John came to the counter & Blessed me with $5 out of his wallet which really put a tear in my eye & then Brian said I will put in the new headlight even tho I could tell they were closing. Suffice to say I was able to drive all night & get to work. This store will be my parts store for now on!! What a team Brian & John make & that kind of service is extremely hard to find most anywhere. Thanks again!!!”

The price was good better than other places who quoted higher. Ill be coming back to this place again for future fixes. They do detail the car which was a surprise to me.”
