I had such a horrible experience at this location that after more than 20 years with FNB i’ll be leaving it!!! I deposit a check for my mortgage company into one of my accounts (that I use for that purpose), however the teller deposited the check into the wrong account. This caused my mortgage company to reject my payment, and assessed fees to my account… On top of the mortgage fees??? FNB charged an NSF to my bank account. I was told by the Senior Branch Manager that the NSF charge of $34. would probably not be refunded! EVAN after explaining that I specifically gave her teller instruction as to which account to deposit the check into! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I WILL be moving my accounts completely!!!

The employees are great, the bank itself should be avoided. They change their minimum requirements to avoid fees in order to catch more and more customers in their "Account Maintenance" fee. It's a deplorable practice that should have died off 50 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go with a bank that doesn't charge minimum fees. Don't go with one just because they are a Texas bank. I switched to Capital One.

Worst banking experience ever. Tried to open a new business account. Had all of my documentation from state and federal. Told everything was g2g and account should be up 24-48 hrs. That was Day 1. Day 3, phone call for additional questions which restarts clock. Day 6 - phone call, more questions and requests for additional non-traditionally asked for documentation which would restart the clock - again. I am not new to operating a business, this was to be a secondary business. This is not how banking and new accounts work. I went elsewhere and got an account up utilizing the initially provided, to this bank, paperwork. No issues. They do have very personable tellers, but the bank overall? Nope. Terrible.

It's a nice branch. There's room for improvement with customer service.

I have been with this bank for about 3 years. My husband has been with them for almost 5. He's been at the same job since the time he opened his account with this bank, yet anytime he asks me to deposit his paycheck into our account we've had for 3-5 years if it's over $1000 (it always is) they want to place a hold on the check. It's really aggravating how long we've been with this bank & know the funds are available to deposit the check given the history of how many weekly paychecks he's deposited. On another note of bad service, The drive through is the slowest possible drive through, they never send your cash out in an envelope & asking them to is impossible. In the agreement, the overdraft charge is $34 dollars PER DAY account is negative, yet we get multiple charges a day if the account goes negative & when I asked a supervisor about why and show them where we signed the agreement on the overdraft settings he just shrugged his shoulders and tells me to stop going negative. 0/10 would recommend this bank. If you want decent service, go to the H‑E‑B location. The only plus about this bank is the days it's open & hours.

Super friendly, helped me out instantly. I applied only but it would have taken longer, so I called and they finished everything with me on the phone, I just had to come in sign my paperwork and was ready to go !

I opened an account with $100 to start a relationship, then moved out of state, and when I called to close a year or so later, they decided to keep $40 for themselves. If we move back to Texas, I will not use this bank.

When a new customer walks in and the employee ignores you and then yells “will someone help the girl over there,” it immediately makes you feel unappreciated. I’m a customer trying to open a bank account with you. Do better.
