“Heidi is always "Amazing"! She went out of her way to secure a spot despite learning later she was in error, who..cares! She did within her heart I felt was customer service not knowing the process was again in error. She is definitely a polite and great asset and she is always a pleasant face that always provides exceptional service. All staff was absolutely helpful also and to the ladies that provided aerosols to assist in keeping my room smelling fresh, GREAT JOB cleaning staff!”
