“I took my mom here to have her phone looked at since she needed to replace her Thailand Sim card to a united States one (she lost her previous one in thailand). They weren't busy and we were greeted by a nice gentleman named Jonah with a nice smile. He was soo patient with her as she forgot her pin number and doesn't recall a password. I wouldn't of known it was his second day there if he never told me by how calm and patient he was with her. His trainer (I didn't get his name) was soo patient as well. They worked really well together to get my mom situated and happy. Great customer service is hard to find and I'm very satisfied with the service here. So my advice is to go on a Sunday while everyone is watching the game..lol. Speedy service with a smile.”

“I have been a T-Mobile subscriber since 1999, and have always been happy with with the cell and customer service. However, on Tuesday February 20th, customer service took on a new meaning, I purchased an unlocked cell phone from Amazon. The phone arrived on Tuesday but I was clueless as to how I would transfer my data between my current LG and the new LG phone. I took everything down to the T-Mobile store located on Constitution Drive and was so excited when Sale Representative Bri and Mr. Charles ( even though the phone was not purchased at the store), said they would be happy to assist me. Bri instantly started the transfer as I watched her switch back and forth between the phones and apps. We did have a small hiccup but Charles instantly discovered the issue and it was resolved. I was so relieved and grateful. They were professional, knowledgeable and are a great asset to T-Mobile.”

“My husband and I have been customers at this Cricket location for almost 3 years now, and the customer service has been phenomenal especially with sales representative "Hugh" on board. He has gone above and beyond our experience by helping us to purchase a much needed product we couldn't afford at the time out of an act of kindness from his own wallet! Well, because we came into the store a week earlier and bought a new cell phone which was stolen before we even had the chance to use it! My husband is 82 years old and hates flip phones! We upgraded and bought him one he could be proud of and can enjoy thanks to these caring people working with us! We're customers for life...thanks to your awesome employees Cricket!”

“Brian was amazing and very understanding. I won’t deal with anyone else in the store but him. He made sure to go over all of our concerns and made sure we were in and out quickly so that my toddlers weren’t fussy and too crazy! A few of the other sales representatives attitudes sucked and the manager didn’t seem to know too much of what was going on honestly. The manager seemed to want to push us off onto calling in and dealing with someone over the phone vs helping in store. Overall dealing with Brian evened out. I thanked him for being patient and understanding and as helpful as he could be!”
