“I went to the Cricket store to get internet service, and Maria went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked properly.
When I had issues installing the internet at home, I called the store for guidance, and Maria was even willing to come to my house after work to help me despite the rain outside. That level of customer service is rare these days.

“I had such a great experience here! These people are literally everyday heroes. I was having such a hard time with my phone and the Verizon wireless customer service number was very hard to navigate on my own so I went to this location and they were awesome. Super helpful, got my problem solved, they were patient with me, there was a comfy bench where we sat down and got my problem solved. ESPECIALLY CHASE AND KYANA! “Over the last 3 years, I have been coming to this location while living in the area. There's an employee here that has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed or have had problems with. Maribel has always been very professional and diligent in assisting me with everything I have brought into the store. This is greatly appreciated.
