“Medical Arts Pharmacy has me spoiled. When I have to move from this area and go to another pharmacy I'm sorely disappointed in the the new pharmacy's customer service. The staff and Jim Shave(the pharmacist/owner of Medical Arts have been so kind,friendly and considerate for around 20 years. I really feel as though they are Practically family. They have filled my prescriptions( whether by phone, Dr call in, or hand carry), given me advice on how to get my meds when I had trouble getting them. They have helped me and my family in so many ways I can't even list them all. Which meds can be taken with the others. Provide my yearly flu shots and others as they came along. They are more than a simple pharmacy. Better than any pharmacy of yesterday. They have the charm and touch of the old fashioned pharmacy, but the knowledge and advances of today. This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used and the best in the Central Texas area.I'm not sure what I would do if Jim ever retires and the shop closed. There just isn't any place else close to what they offer. Thank ya'll for your excellent service and help over the years.”

Last night my husband and I also had the pleasure of meeting miss Konnet when we were printing our holiday gifts. Konnet was attentive and helpful despite seeming to have to manage both the register and our photo orders, as well as helping other customers in the line. Notably, Konnet and the other girl on shift seemed to be handling customer issues respectfully and professionally, despite the lack of either from the customer end.

Please send her to the field, so she can train EVERY OTHER Walmart pharmacy employee within a 200 mile radius. This employee is 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Thank you, Jessica. We see and appreciate you!”

“Great place, very respectful/courteous staff. I was in there today and some entitled nut was blowing up, dropping f-bombs bombs accusing them of making a minor mistake etc and the staff were very respectful...much moreso than I'd have been as she was unhinged”
